In your site editor, select your widget and "settings", you can then set a target number. Please note that this is in your site currency, but should not include the currency symbol. e.g. $100 would be 100 as a number. The target value is synchronised to all widgets and plug-ins used on your site.

The app has two links in the settings. These navigate customers when above and below and target value when the progress bar is clicked.The purpose is for customers to easily find add-on products to meet the target when they are below and then go to a conversion page, e.g. the cart, when above the target. The link is text, and only needs to be the end of your URL

The app does not read the store shipping settings, and works from its own target setting. This makes it very easy to use and universal, you may want to add a coupon for free shipping and advertise this in the achievement text, therefore these settings are seperated.
In the editor, you will see two text lines, the top for below the target and the bottom for the target achieved. These are displayed at the same time in the editor for ease of editing and design. Preview your site to experience the app working from your Wix Cart subtotal. Please note that text is not a synchronised setting and will need adjusted for each widget or plug-in if you are using multiple - this allows you to customise each text along the customer journey, you may want different text for a widget in the cart than on the home page widget.
Yes, using the Wix Multilingual app you can translate the app text for languages just as you would for any translation of your site with multilingual. Please note that text is not synchronised between widgets, and this will need adjusted for all your widgets and plug-ins if you have used multiple.
Open your side cart in Wix Editor, and select the plugins, you can also move the position with this setting.
