How to Update Stores ToolYou will receive minor version updates automatically, with minor improvements and fixes. For major version updates, you will need to manually update via "Apps" > "Manage Apps"

What is your refunds and cancellation policy?You can cancel your subscription at anytime visit your Wix Site Dashboard > Apps > Manage Apps. We do not offer refunds, we are sorry if you are not satisfied with the Stores Tool. Please send any details feedback, or feature requests to support@phoedesign.co.uk. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and functionality of this tool, it is important to note that the developer, Phoe Design, cannot guarantee error-free performance in all scenarios. As such, the developer bears no responsibility for any inaccuracies, errors, or unintended consequences that may arise from the use of this tool. By using this tool, you acknowledge and accept that any modifications or edits made to your store or media information are done at your own risk. Why are there three dashboard "modes"?Each dashboard mode provides different advantages depending on your needs. You can compare the features of each mode by expanding the "Compare Mode Features" Button.

Can I undo a product edit?Currently, you cannot undo a product edit. Before using this tool, it is strongly recommended that you export a backup of your Store to safeguard against any unforeseen issues or data loss. Additionally, it is advised to test the tool's functionality on a limited scale to ensure the desired results meet your expectations.

What can I search in the Product Dashboard?You can search for exact text contained in the product name and SKU, or for a product ID.

How do I define a custom renaming syntax?You can define your custom renaming syntax by selecting 'custom' in the syntax dropdown and use ${variable} to reference product attributes e.g. ${name} or ${sku} to use the product name and SKU respectively. The 'Rename Prefix' input in Product Dashboard and Preview in 'Rename All Product Media' will display the result.

Can I undo a rename?Currently, there is not an undo feature. You can view a log of you rename operations in your Wix CMS.

Can I undo a move to folder operation?Currently, you cannot undo a move to folder operation.

I cannot see the folder I need in the dropdownThe dropdown list by default displays your top level folders. If you have a nested folder, please use the search then select the result in the dropdown.

What is a "Buffer Setting"Some operations in this tool require a lot of computation. Computation rate is limited per minute depending on your Wix Premium Plan (Compute Platform Section). Adjusting the buffer time between each renaming and moving folder operation reduces overall processing time but a longer buffer time may be required to avoid exceeding your sites limits.
